The first Space City Classic Ultimate Frisbee tournament is brought to you by Space City Ultimate. It will be on June 11-12, 2011 at the brand new Houston Amateur Sports Park (HASP) located on the southwest side of Hwy 288 and Airport Blvd in Houston, TX. This year, SCC will feature 10 Ultimate Frisbee Open Club teams. SCC's main focus is to offer these teams competitive Ultimate Frisbee games on some of the softest fields in Texas.

Captain's meeting will be 9:40am Saturday on Field 1.
The gravel lot on the north end of the park is reserved for our tournament. Please do not park on the asphalt parking lot. That is reserved for another event at the park. The gravel lot is closer to all of our games. Please carpool if possible.
My Fit Foods will be on site Sunday from 1:30pm - 3pm handing out free wraps and fruit. Team captains will be receiving tickets on Sunday morning for the wraps.

HASP is not on google maps yet. 1990 Airport Blvd, Houston, TX is the address for the Houston Community College. Take a look at the Satellite images for HCC and you will see the fields southwest from there.

90 minute rounds, hard cap at 75 minutes.
1 time out per half + 1 floater, TO in cap allowed.

At 75 minutes, finish point. Unless tied, game is over.
You may start warming up at 9:00am each day.
No one is allowed on the fields before 9:00am. Also, we must be off the fields by 4:00pm on both days.
Yes, water will be provided at the fields.
Food will not be provided. Please plan accordingly.
No. Currently, no pets are allowed inside the park. We recommend you leave your best friend at home for this tourney.
No. HASP's policy prohibits the use of alcohol, tobacco and/or illicit drugs within the park boundaries. You will be asked to leave the park by HASP administration if you are caught violating this policy.
Yes/No. Our agreement with HASP states that we have to get approval for any sound systems. A small speaker set that has limited range would be tolerated but a volume that would be disruptive to an adjacent field will not be tolerated.
Yes. There will be port-a-johns. Anyone caught relieving themselves outside of the port-a-johns will be asked to leave the park by HASP administration.

Tips for massages are typically $10 for 15 mins. Jessica's massages are complimentary and any tip amount is appreciated.
